Assembleon Tray Feeder

The Assembleon Tray Feeder is a device used in Assembleon SMT pick-and-place machines to hold and present ICs or electronic components in trays, enabling precise component placement on PCBs.

Types and Compatibility
There are two main types of Assembleon Tray Feeders based on machine compatibility
Topaz, Sapphire, MG, EMERALD, and COMET series feeders – These are compatible with machines such as Topaz, Topaz X, Topaz XII, Sapphire-XII, MG1, MG2, EMERALD series, among others
MC-Series feeders – Designed for MC-1, MC-5, MC-8, MC-12, and other MC-Series machines

High Component Capacity: Certain systems, like the MG-1, support up to 60 trays in quick-change magazines
